When will my event images be able for viewing and purchase?
Your event images will be online typically within 7 days of the event being photographed.
What if I don't have the password?
Please contact your event organiser or a friend who can give you the password.
How long will the images be available for purchase online for?
We will keep the images online typically for around a year after the event. If you would like to purchase any after this time, please contact us.
Can I buy any other print sizes/products not on the website?
Yes, please contact us for prices.
The site uses Paypal as the payment method, is this secure and do I need a Paypal account to purchase?
Paypal uses a secure SSL server for purchasing so we do not see any of your sensitive financial details. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase using Paypal, you can use an existing debit/credit card instead.
Can I order and pay an alternative way to using the internet?
Yes, if you would like to order an pay using an alternative method such as cheque or a card payment over the phone. Please give us a call on 01754 763759.
When will I receive my pictures?
Once we have received your order we will print and despatch your order to you within 7 days. We send all pictures out using Royal Mail.
Orders placed between 24th July 2009 and 31 August 2009 will not be processed until 1 September 2009 due to our offices being closed during this period.
